Flush Mount Light Fixtures Under $100
Switching out a light fixture can change the whole room. I promise it’s the easiest upgrade with the biggest punch. Even if you are in a rental, it’s personalized upgrade that can be quickly undone. Speaking of rental properties, we always upgrade the lighting to increase value. I promise it works especially for a bedroom which is otherwise a four walls and a closet. (I have so much more I can say about rental properties and will save for another post.) All of these are under $100 (most around $70), an inexpensive upgrade for any budget.
